You probably have registered using the anonymous mode on your mobile device and will need to restore the purchase
To restore your app, follow these steps:
1. If you're on the Welcome Screen:
- Tap "Already a Subscriber"
- Tap "Restore Purchase"
2. If you're on the Home Page:
- Tap the "User Icon"
- Scroll down and tap "Billing."
- Tap "Already a Subscriber"
- Tap "Restore Purchase"
Remember to use the "Restore Purchase" option if you purchased a subscription but did not create an account, or if your app was updated as part of a migration and you need to reactivate your subscription.
